Schedule 1 Companion: Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Schedule 1 Companion at schedule1.app. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
Non-affiliated fan-made companion appWelcome to Schedule 1 Companion ("schedule1.app", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, application, and services, including the mix calculator, customer database, community mix sharing, real-time chat, mixing guide, and contact form. By accessing or using Schedule 1 Companion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the application.
Schedule 1 Companion is a free, fan-made companion tool designed to enhance your experience with the Steam game "Schedule 1." We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the developers or publishers of the Schedule 1 game. All game-related content referenced within the app belongs to the respective rights holders.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use Schedule 1 Companion. By using this service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years old. If you are under 16, you may not use or access the application under any circumstances.
If we become aware that a user is under 16, we will terminate their account and delete any associated data promptly.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our application for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:
- Modify or make derivative works based upon the application
- Use the application for any illegal purpose
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
- Use the application to harass, abuse, or harm another person
- Use the application to interfere with or disrupt our servers or networks
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the application without prior written consent
Schedule 1 Companion uses Google OAuth (via Supabase) for authentication. When you sign in with your Google account, you authorize us to access basic profile information as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, including but not limited to violations of the Community Guidelines below.
Schedule 1 Companion includes community features such as shared mix recipes, ratings, comments, and real-time chat. The following guidelines apply to all user-generated content and interactions across the platform:
01Content Standards
When posting mix recipes, comments, ratings, or chat messages:
- Keep content appropriate for a general audience
- Do not promote illegal activities or real-world drug use
- Do not post offensive, harmful, threatening, or inappropriate content
- Do not impersonate other users or entities
- Do not share personal information of others without their consent
02Chat and Interaction Conduct
In real-time chat and all community interactions:
- Keep conversations respectful and constructive
- Do not engage in harassment, bullying, or trolling
- Do not spam, flood, or disrupt the community experience
- Do not use chat to advertise, solicit, or promote external services
- Respect moderator decisions and follow any additional posted rules
We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
The Schedule 1 Companion application and its original content, features, and functionality (excluding user-generated content) are owned by the operators of schedule1.app and are protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws.
When you submit content to the platform (such as community mixes, comments, ratings, or chat messages), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content in connection with operating and providing the service. You retain ownership of your original content.
"Schedule 1" and all associated game elements, trademarks, and intellectual property belong to their respective owners. Schedule 1 Companion is a fan-made tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the developers or publishers of the Schedule 1 game in any way.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any user-generated content on Schedule 1 Companion (including community mixes, comments, or chat messages) infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a notice requesting removal of that content.
Your notice must include:
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- A description of the material you claim is infringing and its location on the service
- Your contact information (name, address, email, and phone number)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature
Send copyright notices to [email protected] or via our contact page. We will review and respond to valid notices promptly and may remove the infringing content at our discretion.
Educational & Entertainment Purpose
Schedule 1 Companion is designed for educational and entertainment purposes related to the fictional video game "Schedule 1" available on Steam. It is not intended to promote, facilitate, or provide information for real-world illegal activities of any kind.
No Warranty
The application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the application will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Game data and calculations may not always reflect the latest game updates.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Schedule 1 Companion, its operators, or its contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the application.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Ohio, United States.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our application after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the application.
